Amritkaal Mentors is a nationwide movement aimed at enhancing career and life mentorship accessibility for aspiring students, professionals, and entrepreneurs across our great nation, and support India's ambition to become a fully developed nation by 2047.
According to UN population projections, India’s working-age population (15-59 years) will continue to grow until 2044 while
- 65% of India’s fast-growing population is under 35, and many lack the skills needed by a modern economy
- Estimates show that about 51.25 per cent of the youth is deemed employable. In other words, about 1 in 2 are not yet readily employable, straight out of college.

Any working or retired professional, business owners and entrepreneurs from India or of Indian origin and living/working overseas can join. We are seeking your experiential wisdom that can benefit an aspiring Indian youth - student, career professional or entrepreneur.
This is your opportunity to give back to the country especially during the most promising period in our country’s history and evolution. Hon PM Modi Ji calls the 25-yr period from 2022-2027 as Amritkaal, which is why this movement is called as Amritkaal Mentors.
You can join as an individual mentor. If you are a senior leader within an organization, you can join and have your employees join as mentors.
No. We are seeking your heart and wisdom for the country and her youth at a very critical time in our history. The Amrit (nectar) is the collective wisdom of Amritkaal Mentors from within India and around the world. India’s youth will benefit significantly from having access to that collective wisdom.
We expect to reward you in so many other ways, such as, recognition, awards, finding mentors for your own career aspirations, access to special invite-only events across the country, leadership sessions, and so on. Our desire is that you find your time and contribution extremely valuable.
First, we expect your enthusiastic support to this movement. From a time commitment perspective, we would like you to commit at least 4 hrs per month, working with 1 or 2 youth as mentees.
In the initial phase through Dec 2024, we will focus on attracting world-class mentors to join the movement. Our plan is to open up the platform for mentees starting Jan 2025.
When you sign up as a mentor, you may be requested for a 30-60 minute 1:1 mentoring session. You will also be able to schedule group mentoring sessions on our platform.
Eventually, we will open up short-term 1:1 mentoring relationships where you as mentor can work with 1 or 2 mentees for 12 - 24 weeks, working towards specific outcomes for your mentees.
No, we expect this to be a FREE service to qualified mentees who are committed to their learning and growth.
